Dear Sister, I didn't want to imply at all that you desired the hokum that constitutes a modern American revival. I just mentioned on the side that I had been at a church that scheduled a revival. I was refering to a genuine turning of heart to God in honest and life transforming conversion. The same kind of thing that I assumed correctly you were talking about. While I know that the revival was also not as inspiring in conversion as American Evangelical Myth is concerned we both would agree that JE was a Pastor that had a silver bullet approach to the Gospel.
