Maybe I am getting ISP and IP confused. <br><br>I keep seeing where administrators on the various discussion boards claim that they can ban users by their ISP. I'm sure that must be the case, but I wonder how? <br><br>My understaniding is this. There is an ISP number with several nodes of numbers. These numbers except for the last node identify the internet provider. The last node gives the connection of the individual user for a particular session; however, the session number will change whenever an user of the internet provider connects. Although I must be wrong, istm that every user of the internet provider can be banned, but not an individual user. <br><br>Any clarification?
