Jeff, thanks for your answer. I am thinking of the IP number. Your explanation of static vs dynamic helps a lot. My ISP is dynamic in assiging the IP number because my IP changes. <br><br>Still, wondering how EZboard claims that they can ban someone by ISP, especially for those using the dynamic schema. Are they really banning anyone within a certain ISP. I would think not because some popular ISPs (AOL, Hotmail) would have multiple users on the forums; unless those ISPs are static. <br><br>BTW, are you called to the ministry or to technology.
