That is one of the features that has been changed from the old Board. Here, you will get an e-mail of ALL replies that are posted in a thread which you have chosen to be one of your "Favorite Threads".

To make a thread your "Favorite", you can either check the box for this when making a new post or replying to one, located below the textbox. Or, when in a thread, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the "Favorite Threads toggle".

Of course, this is assuming that you have chosen to receive e-mails of replies posted in a "Favorite Thread". <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

And lastly, if you also choose "HTML format", in the options for "Subscriptions, e-mail, etc.", then those replies you receive via e-mail will be complete; i.e., they will be exactly as you seen them when reading them here.
