What you want to do is start a new thread. (BTW, such requests for help belong in THIS forum! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />) To do that, simply go to the appropriate thread; if it is theological, then go to the "Theology Forum". If it is more general in nature, then you want the "Open Forum".
Once there, just click on the "Post" icon and type out your text.
As was suggested in your "Welcome Message", you will find all such information in these areas:
1)
FAQ - See the link at the top of every window here.
2)
User Guide - likewise, at the top of every window.
3)
New Features Forum - third forum down from the top.
