When an email PM notification along with the text appears in my inbox, can I make a reply within that email, or do I have to go to the forum's 'My Home' before making the reply?

****DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. YOU MUST REPLY USING THE PRIVATE MESSAGE SYSTEM AT THE SITE.****
That should answer your question.  But yes.... you must return to the Board and either click on the flashing icon which appears under "Welcome Username" in the upper left corner of the main Menubar, or click on the e-mail notification in the "Status" box on the left if you access the Board via the "Entrance" page, or as you mentioned, go to "My Home" and click on the link for "Received Messages".

I get so few PMs, that I go straight to the text of the message and completely block out the warning. Now, I know why some of my past replies went unanswered. They just went into cyberspace. Maybe that is the same as purgatory.
