Does anyone know of a good reformed church near Brewster, NY. I'll be travelling through on 2/15/08 and would like to catch an evening service. I'll be coming from 84 east so even something along the way would be good. Thanks.

I don't know of anything personally but I can check some listings & get back later.
Would you want to stay in NY or how would a trip over to Danbury, CT work?

Thanks for the info on the Danbury church, I may try that out since it is right off the turnpike and very close to our destination.

Well, I learned a valuable lesson, never rely on the church's website for worship times. We arrived and there was no service. I called and spoke with the pastor who said that on the 3rd Sunday of the month (the day we were there) they have a fellowship meal and then a 3pm service. I have always contacted the churches ahead of time when traveling to verify these things and just didn't do it this time. I won't make that mistake again.

I've done that before myself. I was relying on the times stated on the website, but when I arrived there seemed to be no one around. I did find some folks after a little while & ended up sitting in on the Bible study!
