The PCA is lightyears behind in the information age. It is not that they want to keep things hidden, it is that the administrative offices not only have no clue on how to use technology, they do not understand the principles of information collection or distribution. Every year we send annual statistics to the Administrative Committee, but if it is compiled, no one knows as it is not easily accessible to the general public.
Imo, they have too many retired teaching elders in management positions who know nothing about technology, spreadsheets, data collection, data distribution, and anything that has to do with communication.

Sounds like they are also unaware of the true cost of being so completely out of touch. The PCA needs a "geek squad!"
I'm sure that information is accessible to whoever wants it, but finding it and making sense of it is probably a lot harder than it needs to be, creating the appearance of "deliberate vagueness" if not deception or cover-up. However inaccurate this perception may be, it is in the PCA's best interest to address it - and quickly!
