Thanks for the article, it just goes to prove how biased the liberal media is. That said however I think Trump needs to use language that is very clear what he meant by saying both sides are at fault in this matter. A friend recently posted an old video on Facebook of Ronald Reagon speaking out against similar things. I think Trump could learn a few thing from him. If you are interested perhaps I can try to find this video. Tom

Then, President Reagan was a superb communicator and not many could match him on that. But, maybe you can explain what it was exactly that was lacking in his first statement? I assume most people, as myself, understood what he meant by "both sides"; the KKK & neo-Nazi extremists on the one side and BLM and antifa on the other. No doubt there were other crazy fringe groups also that many of us have never heard of that were there. The President in his first statement did not name one side and leave off the other side. When there was the outcry that he did not name names, he then named them on both sides. By the way, I looked online at images of your city of Kelowna and you live in a very beautiful area! I took an Alaskan Cruise out of Vancouver a number of years ago, but that is my only time in BC.

President Trump did not name names in his first statement, just referred to the violence on both sides. What I meant was, those of us who follow closely knew who those people were, and the second time the President spoke, he named names clearly since there was a news media uproar over it. Back to the beauty of Canada, if my health holds up, my buddy and I hope to take the trans-Canada scenic train trip upon his retirement. Something like the Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver would be great.

Just to let you know, when I mentioned Ronald Reagan, I was not saying Trump could ever be as good a comunicater as him. I was just saying he could learn a thing or two about communication from Reagan. As it stands, his language is too easily interpreted by both sides. When David Duke praises Trump for sticking up for them; you know it is going to be eaten up by the liberal media. I have been trying to find reports of Trump condemning White Sepremists and other groups of that nature, but have been unsuccessful in doing so. I like the fact he rightfully said both sides are at fault. But I would like him to give examples of how they are both at fault. Up here in Canada, I can tell you from experience that Trump is not well liked; which is not all that surprising, . However, I am finding it getting harder and harder, to voice my opinions even among some of my Conservative Christian friends. There are of course Canadians who agree with Trump on many things, but many are also saying he is his own worst enemy. When I was a child I traveled from Vancouver to Montreal, Quebec by train and although I do not remember too much about the trip because that was over 50 years ago. I do remember some of the great expanse and beautiful scenery. Makes me awestruck at God's creation. Tom
