In light of the other OP I started concerning anti-Trump Rhetoric; a friend who is a big Donald Trump supporter, sent me a YouTube link that quite frankly if true, would explain a lot of things we are seeing in the world today. I was hesitant to post this link because, quite frankly, I am hesitant to believe world wide conspiracies. However, I am not sure how to begin to find out if this is a credible source, with out enlisting help. Sure, I saw things in the video that are true; but then again I don't think there is enough to go on to know the validity of the conspiracy. Therefore, I have decided until I know more information; the Highway is the only place I will share it with. There is a side of me, that says just forget about the video. Just try to grow in Christ through the Word of God and it will not matter if it is true.
I only watched a couple of minutes. The video totally ignored man's total depravity, and seem to be placing it on the weights of the elitist in society alone. Sure the elitist has more power to do more damage, but it is not we against them. Men's falleness or brokeness is due to Adam and we are on a downward spiral until the 2nd Coming.
I would be interested in knowing the conclusions being made. So give us a summary.

It's solid Tom..... John also brings up some good points....but the 'deep state' is doing very outward evil.... So I think most of it is true.... Throw a little Paul Washer in there and you truly have a complete picture on the hows, the whats and the whys

1. The very first thing I heard was what John mentioned... A complete lack of understanding of the fallen nature of man; the noetic affects of the Fall. This is the root cause of ALL evil perpetrated by mankind.
2. Anthony is at least partially correct, IMO re: the "Deep State". However, the global problems are simply not the result of the corrupt politicians, judges, etc., in Washinton, D.C. in America. There are such men as George Soros who are funding individuals and groups to create chaos throughout the world.
3. My conclusion is basically two-fold: a. just another conspiracy theory based upon the old "Illuminati" conspiracy with a twist. b. the actual battle isn't between the "good" and the "bad", but between a free society and a society governed by an 'elite' few. In the U.S., it is seen in the open warfare of the Leftists (Democratic Party & RINOs) who want the country to embrace Socialism/Communism vs the Right who stand upon the Constitution (as it was written) and the free society it guarantees to all citizens.
The "Deep State" is a term now popular by conservatives to describe those who wield much power and influence in politics. They include both Republicans and Democrats who typically despise true conservatives, especially those whose agenda is to return to the principles, morals and laws enumerated in the Constitution. Currently, the "Deep State" is doing everything in its power, although they are quite capable of more violence, to remove President Trump and his administration from office in order to establish Socialism in America.

Do we have any proof or hard evidence of this (I'm assuming here) conspiracy theory?

There is solid and publicly available evidence of the "Deep State". It is far from some fanciful conspiracy theory. If you listen to any of the truly conservative news outlets, which are few and far between, it is a subject that is constantly being mentioned and lamented over. Some of the more reliable sources I have mentioned several times here in other discussions lately, but here are a few of them again; Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh, Michelle Mulkin, Dinesh D'Sousa, Mark Steyn, et al.
FYI, I personally do not subscribe to conspiracy theories.

Are these all also reformed Christians? I am an avid follower of Dr. James White and Jeff Durbin, FYI, just stating this so you can maybe understand me a little. OH! Also Sproul Sr.! I want to ask, since you mentioned news outlets... are there any truly Reformed Chirstian News Sites that cover secular events also but from a reformed perspective? P&P and the Christian Post are... oookayyyyy, but it's not quite hitting the spot, if you know what I mean? They concentrate too much on only world religion events and politics moderately... I want a bit more variety of topics. are there any?
Thank you so much for your time! And, of course, your patience (I'm currently reading through the enormous thread between you and Zionseeker about "choosing")
none of the individuals mentioned above are Reformed Christians. Nor, are any true Christians from what they have said as to what they believe about God, etc.. But to be honest, I don't know any reliable Reformed Christian news outlets. I would guess that none exist and/or which are reliable sources for secular politics. The names of the individuals I provided are, however, politically and mostly socially conservative in the true sense of the word and are reliable sources for facts without much "spin" put on them. Again, I don't think you are going to find many other sources, albeit I certainly didn't include all that should be included, which of the caliber of those mentioned. Those are internationally known. There are some individuals which are similar but only found on local radio broadcasts or limited areas. Several of the above individuals can be seen/heard on Fox News TV and/or Radio. Since we don't have TV, I listen to them via TuneIn Radio on my smart phone.

I only have my phone as well... I am resigned to YouTube. Apologia Studios (Jeff Durbin) and The Dividing Line (Dr. James White) and Also I've found Wretched Radio on YouTube with Todd Friel, super interesting! Other than that sort of thing, I am currently residing at the Salvation Army ARC... I can't wait to get to a point where I can attend a local reformed church.
Back to the topic. I've listened to these guys for quite some time now and as relevant as they are I've never heard mention of this Deep State. But I have heard them denounce "Conspiracies" Lol. And they are mainly concerned with the cults and false religions (apologists). I'll definitely look into it, though. can you give me some refernces or links to do some digging?
TuneIn Radio is an "app". There is a free version, which I have and a "premium" version for $$$, which I don't have. Once the app is installed, you can do a quick search for "Fox News Talk" radio. As for Rush Limbaugh, my local radio station carries his program between 12 noon to 3pm. He is not on Fox since he has his own broadcasting facility. You can find his own website and on it you can find which local station is in your area and again, using the search on TuneIn Radio, see if that station is available or one in the area what Rush is on. CRTV carries Mark Levin, Michelle Malkin, et al which you have to subscribe to. That program can be viewed on a computer and I think? on a smart phone too. I don't have CRTV, although I would love to have it.
Christian apologists typically will not be knowledgeable of politics to any degree vs. those aforementioned who have spent their lifetimes in that area and who are recognized experts, etc.
