Which film adaption of the Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens is your favorite?

Hey, you forget Mickey's Christmas Carol!

(I voted for the Muppets one. The Muppets one and the Mickey one are my favorites. I haven't seen much of the older versions, though.)

I voted for the Muppet Christmas Carol, too. It is one of my favorite Christmas movies. I love the music and I especially love Michael Caine as Scrooge. I like the Disney one, too.

I voted for the George C. Scott one because it's basically the only one I've seen. Well,.. I did see Scrooged, but I don't think Charles Dickens had that in mind when he wrote the book.

Hey remember to vote! Right now it looks like the Muppets are neck to neck with the Alister Sim version!

Christmas blessings!

Yeah, but Mickey isn't on the ballot...

I demand we redo this election, er, poll!

HA! You silly goose Marie! hehehe.

I voted for the Muppet Christmas. I absolutely love that movie, and I think I've seen almost all of those versions. I do love Bill Murray though. Hey.. off topic.. I also HAVE to watch National Lampoon's "Christmas Vacation" at least once every year hehehe.

How about Kelsey Grammer as Scrooge? Wow what a great idea. Lets call NBC and see if they want to do yet another retelling of the timeless classic. Oops, looks like some body already beat me to it. Darn. I'm sure there has to be someone on earth who hasn't seen it yet. After all, it's only been made over about I don't know, maybe about 15 or 20 times already.
My favorite Scrooge? Buddy Hackett.

I know I'm a day late and a dollar short, but are you sure the Mr McGoo Christmas Carol was made in 1982? I remember that when I was still in grade school, and it was long before 1982. I'm thinking somewhere between 1966 and 1968, maybe.

I think that 8 was meant to be a 6 blame it on the holidays.

I picked the 1951 version, but I have to admit that I have always liked Mr. McGoo.
Jim Backus(sp?)(For those that don't know) who does the voice of Mr. Magoo, was also known as Thurston Howle(sp?) the III on Gilligan's Island.
