I hate to cause gloom upon your witticism that you've posted here but DDT (dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane) is an insecticide. Now if your trying to kill your tulips, and not just the insects that live on them, I suggest you use a herbicide that is engineered to kill all plant life. I hear Agent Orange is a good choice and the right color for protestants too.
