Personally, I would have to reject this group without any further thought, if for nothing else, their "translation" is horrible and is in direct violation of God's own mandate:
Deuteronomy 4:2 (KJV) 2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
Proverbs 30:6 (KJV) 6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
Revelation 22:18-19 (KJV) 18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which are written in this book.
Secondly, I unreservedly reject any translation which uses the "Dynamic Equivalence" method. Thirdly, I strongly suspect that the authors' theology is bankrupt.
No, I came across the long You Tube video that I didn't have time to finish to completion. It started out with a question of are these men false teachers. The men were Piper, Chan, Furtick, Andy Stanley, Masick (sp - never heard of him), and a mystery man. It alluded to the Bible Project without going into much detail at the front end. It explained why these men could be false teachers with reserving the answer to later. The further long I got, I started to get the impression that it was a bait and switch which would say these men are not false teachers and the give the strengths of this Bible Project. I stopped at Stanley.
I'll go back to see if I can find the You Tube and link it.

I need to admit here that when I went to the site, I had trouble navigating the site and because of that I had no way of knowing what it is really about. I did not even find out what Bible version it is.
After listening to the video I would say they are all false teachers. The duty of a pastor is to be clear. He needs to preach in an unambiguous way that is easily understood by his congregation. That doesn't mean that he doesn't teach difficult concepts, but he does so with clarity in mind. If he cannot do this he needs to sit down (well, that is if he is standing. These days so many pastors are already sitting in their casual shirts, jeans, and tennis shoes).
