I was discussing a video that was sent to me with a friend. Trudeau admitted that he has taken away Canadian citizen’s fundamental rights. https://freeworldnews.tv/watch?id=61ca6858d7f5f63c31573556Just a note, I am not a fan of Info Wars, as they have on more that one occasion been caught spreading lies. However, in this case, it is very clear from Trudeau’s own words. The Canadian Charter is flawed, because there is a loophole that the tyrant Trudeau has exploited. Section 33 of the Charter of Rights, otherwise known as the notwithstanding clause, allows a provincial government or Parliament to introduce an unconstitutional law which can override certain aspects of the charter for a period of five years, with the ability to renew the law for a further five. note:Exception where express declaration 33 (1) Parliament or the legislature of a province may expressly declare in an Act of Parliament or of the legislature, as the case may be, that the Act or a provision thereof shall operate notwithstanding a provision included in section 2 or sections 7 to 15 of this Charter. Marginal note:Operation of exception (2) An Act or a provision of an Act in respect of which a declaration made under this section is in effect shall have such operation as it would have but for the provision of this Charter referred to in the declaration. Marginal note:Five year limitation (3) A declaration made under subsection (1) shall cease to have effect five years after it comes into force or on such earlier date as may be specified in the declaration. We don’t have a leg to stand on because the majority of Canadians are with Trudeau. The Tyrants was explaining the loop hole if you want to call it that in the charter for tyrants like him if he has the support of the angry mob. Tom PS I thought I would mention a Canadian poll. Apparently about 60% of Canadian would be for some kind of a tax on unvaccinated Canadian, in order to pay for all the high costs of Covid. A friend told me, that he for one no longer wants to live in Canada.

Though it's a beautiful country I've enjoyed visiting in the past, I would not wish to live in Canada, for these among other reasons.
It is in many respects a "model democracy."
But democracy is demonic. It's a clever counterfeit of the concept of self-rule under the overarching rule of the only Judge, Lawgiver and King, namely, King Jesus.
It is not so much self-rule as it is rule of those who can most easily manipulate the mob, and, in both countries and everyplace else I'm aware of, those are generally people who hate all that God loves (including His people), and love all that He hates.
We are not far behind here in the U.S., where a significant percentage of recently polled Demoncrats want to imprison the "unvaccinated" or worse, even though no one is even seriously alleging anymore that the experimental mRNA gene therapies pretending to be "vaccines" are even useful, much less necessary, for any legitimate public health purpose.

Canada indeed is a very beautiful country and for most of my life I have enjoyed living here. Although the Judeo Christian ethic we were founded on, has been weakening over the years. It has been great living here.
Now however, regardless of how much I love my country; I understand people wanting to leave. I understand many Canadians want to live in either Texas or Florida. Kind of like how many Christian in California are moving away in droves.

Just heard England has now pulled all restrictions, including vaccine passes.

Just heard England has now pulled all restrictions, including vaccine passes. That's partly (mostly?) because Boris Johnson got caught throwing a BYOB party where he wasn't wearing a mask after making the mask mandate for the entire country.
