RC Sproul Jr. endorses Peroukta, but thinks Kerry would be the next best choice.
To quote RC Jr.
“Suppose, however, that God should not so bless us. I’m inclined to think that the next best choice would be John Kerry.”
See
www.gospelcom.net/hsc/jou...OfGridlock for the whole context.
I wonder what RC Sproul sr. thinks about the matter? I do know that there are a few issues that father and son differ on.

I find that absolutely odd coming from a person who is suppose to be a well grounded Christian believer. It is not like we are voting between two marginally different canidates. Bush and Kerry are so opposite each other in regards to philosophical worldviews that it cannot be mistaken. Is Sproul Jr being provicative or is he going off the deepend? Does he give any reasoning for his position?

Tom, the link doesn't work. You need to fix the URL.
I can see his point: governmental gridlock keeps things from getting done. Since both the executive and legislative branches have been controlled by the Republicans, more things have been done (many of these expanding federal powers) than were done during the Clinton years when the executive was Democratic and the legislature Republican. It's an anti-parliamentarian stance.
Tom,
You may want to revise the link you posted. It is possible that it doesn't work anymore, it did not work for me.
Also, what a relief that those who might otherwise vote for Kerry, are voting for someone who will without a doubt, lose. Mathematically this bodes well for W.
Even the famous anti-American Michael Moore is proof of the cost of throwing away a vote on an obvious loser. Back in 2000 he worked in the Nader campaign, Nader was quite helpful in Gore being defeated, and Gore I am sure would have been more preferable to Moore than Bush.
You can find the revision on the link in my other post.
