Hi John .You have made some good points and I for one agree with you. How folk made sense of those particular articles when they were first formulated is beyond me <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/dizzy.gif" alt="" />.

That is why todays GS ministers should get it together and rectify this problem. And a big problem it is -their churches are all but empty I believe. These articles have caused folk to struggle with their personal assurances of being in Christ. The Gopspel Standard is I believe part of a Trust fund which makes these articles "bound" in someform I would imagine, and therefore very difficult to "revise" .
