The Highway Forums General Discussion Open Forum 60 Days for Four Years of Raping Vermont Child

I read this story this morning and was deeply saddened by it. That is the sort of judicial leniency that set the scene for the murders of those girls in Florida last year. My heart goes out to that young girl who now must learn to live with the evil she has had endure at such a tender age.
