This reformation described in Ezra chapter 10 was not commanded by God, but by Ezra. Flawed though it was, it represented an attempt to put things right that had gone wrong. It doesn't represent that God's solution to the problem was divorce. Hi Robin, Sorry, but I just noticed your reply tonight. Do you have any references on "putting away" meaning what you wrote? I'm not disputing you, I'm just curious as I haven't really been able to find much about it. Thanks, John
