That one is not THAT bad, although it might be more appropriate at a 'scary' time, such as Halloween. I.e. casual folks like to get scared at that time of the year (scary movies, haunted houses, etc.). Such a sign could potentially make sense at such a time.

At least this is better than the local Unitarian church which always has anti-Christian signs, such as their annual Christmas season sign "ANY night a child is born is a holy night".
