The EPC's that I've known of are basically your average white bread "evangelical" (Beth Moore, Rick Warren, et al). I have been hearing the name Beth Moore a lot lately, even in the Church I attend, because the ladies in the Church are using a film series by her for Bible study. But I don't know anything about her, can you tell me something that is wrong with her.
There must be a reason you mention her in the same breath as Rick Warren.
