Yes it is but, at a substantial cost. The Highway was getting too much traffic according to its previous hosting service and they took the site down. The Highway now has a wonderful hosting service called Bird hosting. By all means check them out. The service through them is above and beyond what we were hoping for.

Spread the good news, we are up and running. There remains a few tweaks here and there to be done but for the most part we are all online and fully usable.
