No, you certainly were not kicked off. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> The former web host service provider considered The Highway to be too popular (heavy traffic=1.6 million hits per month) and wanted to force us onto a higher priced service so they shut down this Discussion Board thinking that we would jump to their dedicated server. The price tag for a basic dedicated server was a minimum of $125 (+) per month which was too much. This site is maintained by donations and there simply was not enough in the till to justify that kind of expense. After a lot of prayer and research of available options we found a virtual hosting plan with Bird Hosting. The Reformed Bible Church of Westmoreland, NH made a gracious donation to The Highway to enable us to get the site online again. Bird hosting bent over backwards and went the extra mile making a contribution and spent many hours helping to get the files onto the new virtual server. They did so much to make this transition smooth. Thank you, thank you! Through the Lord's providence The Highway with its 1600+ sermons, articles and books, plus this wonderful discussion forum which we all enjoy using is back online.
