The Board works off a mySQL database. So, all posts are resident in their respective tables in that database. Somehow, when the database was exported and then imported into the new database created for this new board, some tables were "damaged" or truncated and thus the loss of those posts. It is unfortunate, but after a period of mourning over the loss we will doubtless press on and look forward to the coming days when similar posts or perhaps even better ones will appear.

Side Note: The new software for the board is incredibly feature-laden, both for users (members) and administrators (admins and mods). And, some of the coding in this new version is incompatible with some of the things of the old version. Thus, there could be "quirks" that appear. Please report (this is to everyone) any anomalies by 1) posting your finding(s) in the HELP Forum (preferred), or 2) sending a PM to any of the Admins or Moderators on Staff. Most of the features of the old board are still around, but they may be accessed differently or in another way. If a particular feature you used to use doesn't appear to exist now, again post a query in the HELP Forum.
