Hi everyone,
I saw a good article on Monergism.com about self-examination, a difficult but arguably necessary undertaking in which one considers their internal motives and outward fruits upon reflection of past growth and current status/standing before God....but don't get me wrong, everyday we must find strength in God's grace, we are not acting independent of God's spirit, mercy and grace.....
any thoughts on self-examination or good articles, books on the topic?

The mercy of God is necessary not only when a person repents, but even to lead him to repent, Augustine
