I meant what I said in my previous post, but where I am not completely sure about, is whether that should apply to membership in a local Baptist Church.
From my understanding of Scripture and our Baptist Confession, membership in a local body is tied to baptism.
Membership in a local body, gives all members things like voting privileges. So while I believe that participating in the Lord's Table is to be done by all Christians (whether Paedo or Credo) with 1 Cor. 11:28-30 in mind. Whether or not that should apply to Paedos becoming members, I am a little unsure on. I do know that most Reformed Baptists would definitely say no to a Paedo-Baptist becoming a member.
