I know up until now no one has contributed to my enquiry.
However, I would like to add a new wrinkle to it; in the hope I get a few responses.
The person who sent me this, is getting really upset with me, because I am trying to be discerning. He said the fact that I do not like the sources of these links, because they are from questionable individuals, shows that I do not trust him.
I answered him saying that if these links were sent to me from my own pastor, I would still say the same thing to him.
He told me that it should not matter if the person said those things was a heretic or not; they are saying the truth.
I told him that I want reputable sources, not questionable sources before I repeat information. I said if the information is correct; I expect that I will find the same information with reputable sources. He has not provided any other sources, but expects me to just trust him that the information is correct.
I have been searching places like Google and Reformed apologetics sites. But so far, although I have found sources on Google, they source the same person my friend linked me to.
He is really offended at this; telling me that he is very frustrated at me. Saying:
Quote
You always seem to attack the messenger instead of the message I send. I will always send things that I can back up. Even if you have problem with the messenger. I will even send articles from anti Christian people if the article is worth Christians need to read. It's the message not the messenger in most cases.”
He told me he can back the information up; but he has not done so. He has threatened to not send me any more information, because it is a waste of his time.

For your information, I have provided the link he sent me.

The video in the link is by Jonathan Cahn; who wrote the book ‘The Harbinger’ he is also involved with John Hagee who wrote the book ‘Four Blood Moons’.

My question here is, am I correct to want to make sure the sources are good before using the information. I think that is a no brainer and I also indicated to him that I am checking for other sources on the information. I am trying to be as diplomatic as I know how to be; reading what I write to him over and over again before I press 'SEND".
