Perhaps we need to remember that by decree, man nor animal was going to remain in a pre-Fall state. In fact, the entire creation would occupy the vast majority of its earthly existence in a post-Fall condition. It is also my opinion that the Fall came very soon after, perhaps the very next day after (Sunday, if we hold that the ex nihilo creation ended on Friday). In short, the creation was created with God's perfect wisdom and according to plan with the anticipated Fall in clear view.<br><br>On a lesser note, man's teeth are such that man is capable, and I believed designed, for the eating both vegetables and meat.
