No, that was my problem for years, I was disappointed to find so many dispensational churches around. It was hard to find a church with good doctrine and not caught up in such heresies. There are many churches in "my neck of the woods" but most are apostate. Thankfully, I was able to locate this small reformed church in Westmoreland, NH.
Since I am dispensational, does that mean I am a heretic? And if yes, does that mean I am bound for Hell? And if yes, then think of the company I'll have: all the Ceasars, the Pharoahs, Napoleon, Hitler, the Mormons, Joseph Smith and Brigham Young, Alexander the Great, Genghis Khan, and probably Mark Twain. Wow I would love for Julius Caesar to recount the Gallic wars for me and how he was able to win his battles when outnumbered five to one. And then I might not have the luxury of having that society to talk to because I might be bound in chains alone on a hot lava rock that sizzles. My only company might be Satan and his demons who occasionally come down to Hell to visit its inhabitants and tell them of his victories. I'm sure I would be uncomfortable, hot and thirsty. I might even try to bargain with Satan to get a respite from that place but to no avail. Then I would think of why I am down there, and that it wasn't fair. I got a raw deal and so on and so on.... But of course I would think of my family and pray and hope that none of them would ever come here, at least to stay....
I notice that I am the last poster on a lot of these threds. At that rate I'll shut the whole chat board down! Either people think I am too obnoxious or just plain boring. Anyway I guess it forces them to pick another topic. Variety is the spice of life!
No, being dispensational does not mean that you are necessarily a heretic, lost, or bound for hell. It simply means you have not come to a fuller revelation of the truth of the "whole" counsel of the Word of God and are presently embracing error which you can not prove as truth.

Your post here is under Church Locater and thus no one probably answered it because it went . The Head Honcho dosen't like that .... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/nope.gif" alt="" />
However, if you feel the need to defend your dispensational views please begin a new thread and then get ready ...

No WMW, I have been away to attend to my mother who recently experienced heart failure. She is in CT so I left for a few days and didn't have a chance to get back to you.
I am sorry if I have offended you. I made a quick post and certainly didn't mean to offend anyone. It is true that I had struggled for years to find a reformed church and when I didn't find it, I went to a variety of churches to check them out and was deeply disappointed that most were very liberal, not holding to the inerrancy of the scriptures. This was one of the low points in my life, not having a church that I felt was faithful to the scriptures. A little over a year ago, I found a wonderful little reformed church which I have been attending since that time. I am starting membership classes as I feel that I have finally found my church home. So, whatever I said was not to attack you. I do hope and pray that you do know the Lord as your savior and that your recent post was in jest. If not, I hope that we might be able to encourage you. It sounds like you have been through many difficult times and if you don't have a good church to attend it must be a terribly trying time for you and you do need support.
I hope that you will accept my apology and sincere desire to give you encouragement in Christian love.
