Thank you for recommending A Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament and other Early Christian Literature, by Arndt, Bauer and Gingrich. I don’t have a copy but I will probably get one when finances allow.
And... do yourself a BIG favor when/should you purchase the lexicon to also purchase, An Index to the Bauer-Arndt-Gingrich Greek Lexicon. I find it an indispensable tool as it saves so much time when looking for a word, especially in its variant forms. The index is arranged by book-verse and the words that appear therein with a reference # to where in the lexicon it can be found according to page and quandrant. It used to be published by Zondervan; perhaps still is? BigThumbUp
