Are you referring to subordination of the Son issue here?

Yes, Grudem is one its leading proponents.

btw - why did you put 'reformed Baptist Systematic Theologies' in your header? Many of the guys we discussed are Presbyterians.

He may have changed over to partial preteriest. Preteriest in itself is a heresy, but partial preteriest is within the bounds of orthodoxy, though with problems.

I was trying to get a list of additional Baptist ones, as I am a reformed Baptist, and so far, just read manyPresby Reformed, and just Gill/Strong for Baptist ones!

Got in late on this one so I hope I'm not going over plowed ground when asking about Dr. Sproul. Seems that there is somewhat agreement that he has changed some of his views as he grew older. I have a number of his expositional commentaries and I understand that they are not as indepth as some of the others mentioned, but I thought they were good for a overall view of the scriptures. Right or wrong?

Now you got me curious, what views are you talking about and do you see them as serious issues?

Not completely certain, but I think that is the gist of it.

If interested in Reformed Baptists, you may try browsing The Founders. It is a network within the SBC that advocates Calvinism. I cannot think of any names of some of its leaders.

I googled The Founders and found their website - http://founders.org/

They have a systematic theology book by a James P Boyce. A different person from the Presby Boice from 10th Pres.

I have read his theology on christian faith, was a strong calvinist, seemed to have been like me, in that he once held to a dispy end times view, than moved to historical pre mil?

Think the main issues some have had with him is his change to partial pretierism now, his views on old age earth/creation, and his take on using pscyhology in the church...

Tom, nothing specific in mind. It's just that since coming to the reformed view in '08 I didn't know how far back or what areas to look at when looking for changes in Dr. Sproul's writing.
