I believe this is a great sadness that ANY person who holds to the faith can come to think they alone are "there".My own church has had its share of this kind of thing.The bible clearly teaches Love for the household of the faith sometimes working that out is not always easy.The point surely is that none of us are in actuality "better" than anyone else, some are more blessed yes.

I must agree with our brother Duncan here. If a church IS available nearby that teaches and preaches "the faith delivered once and for all to the saints", I do not see how Scripture allows us to forsake the assembly of those saints. How else do we participate in the community of believers, the body of Christ? How else do we partake of the Lord's Table? The fellowship of the saints is not something to be taken lightly.
