JoeK asked a question concerning the reason why "many" Calvinistic preachers only preach topically and not expository sermons. Thus, I am wondering if the Church is even in worse disrepair than I thought?

PLEASE take this poll ONLY if your pastor is a Calvinist.

Please select (Q-1) the "closest" sermon style your pastor uses on a "regular basis." Please note if he uses them all about equally then use the "All the Above" answer.

Then select (Q-2) his normal presentation style (Scripted, Extemporaneous, Impromptu).

Of course, this may be discussed below.

PS: When discussing "your" pastor please include his educational vita curriculum.

Definitions:

Scripted preaching - preaching with previous preparation and is delivered with assistance of notes or a script,

Extemporaneous preaching - preaching without notes, but normally prepared in advance.

Impromptu preaching - preaching without previous preparation and thus no notes.
