I do not intend to get into an argument, but I do want to point out that your statement is false. It is not necessary to "come forward" whatever that means to be saved, and water baptism has no power in and of itself. These things have been addressed elsewhere in the newsgroup so I don't know why you want to steer the thread back to what I believe are false and heretical views.
