Where did Paul say you need to come forward in order to get saved?
Paul and the bible teaches that believing and with faith you are saved unconditional, and coming forward as you think is a conditional salvation doctrine.

But, if I clearly taught elsewhere that repentance/belief alone was sufficient no one would think coming forward is necessary for salvation,or water baptism is necessary for salvation.
