I’m confused what the issue is, especially from the reformed Christianity side…

1. Jesus, a Jew, came to save the lost.
2. He was rejected by His own, but he was also rejected by everybody else, except His elect when he walked the earth, before, and after.

That’s essentially the religious side.

Any political case based on scripture has to follow those main points, first and foremost.
Would Jews who come to faith but live outside of the recent state of Israel be disqualified from coming to Christ or something? What about those Jews who lived prior to when the nation state of Israel was established?

I don’t know what the big deal about the secularly derived state of Israel is as far as God’s plan of salvation, and there is no explicit case for its establishment in scripture. So would God obscure these things and what about all the Jews who reside in other parts of the world and did so for centuries?

I’m not sure the blind Israel supporters care about the legitimacy of a scriptural case. Ted Cruz didn’t seem to…
