posted a note last night and it didn't go through - anyway I have an .htm file I'd like to post in the laughter board, but it takes three graphics files. Is there a way to get it on, or do I need to uploaded it to a site and link to it.<br><br>I can't seem to find a way to embed the pics in the document except in Word which would limit readability.

stan,

I noticed that there was some kind of problem with that post last night. [Linked Image]

Well, a couple of options come to mind:

1) You can try formatting the page w/images in a ".rtf" editor that allows the insertion of graphics.

2) You can create a Zip file using Winzip, PKZip, or one of a number of similar programs and include the .htm file and images. The attach the Zip file from your HD. If all the included files are extracted to the same destination folder, then when the person opens the .htm file the images will be displayed.

3) You can do as you suggested and simply upload the .htm file and images to a remote server and post a link to it in your message.

4) Lastly, you could open the .htm file on our own computer, complete with graphics and take a screenshot of it. Then you can optimize/resample it to a reasonable size and then upload that here as an attachment. Gif and .jpg/jpeg attached files are automatically displayed in the message box here. Thanks, will probably upload it one of these days - that would be easiest for all. Too big for a screen shot me thinks but will see if I can paste couple together or something - hadn't thought of that.<br><br>Take care.
