Where do you think the following affirmation originated?

What are your thoughts about them?

Quote
Humanity’s Sin
Since all have sinned in Adam and are under the curse of judgment, God would have not been unjust to leave the entire human race under condemnation.

God’s Love
But instead of condemning all, God showed His love by sending His only begotten Son into the world, so that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. The death of Christ is the only and entirely complete sacrifice and satisfaction for sins; it is of infinite value and worth, more than sufficient to atone for the sins of the whole world.

Proclaiming the Gospel
In order that people may be brought to faith, God mercifully sends messengers of this very joyful news all over the globe. Through this proclamation people are called to repentance and faith in Christ. This promise, together with the command to repent and believe, should be announced to all nations and people without differentiation or discrimination.

Responding to the Gospel
God's anger remains on those who do not believe this gospel, but those who embrace Jesus Christ by faith receive the gift of eternal life. The cause or blame for unbelief, and all other sins, is not in God at all, but in human beings. Faith in Jesus Christ and salvation, however is a free gift of God. That many who have been called through the gospel do not repent or believe in Christ but perish in unbelief is not because the sacrifice of Christ is deficient or insufficient, but because they themselves are at fault.

I'd say from the Bible.

Seems right to me, that is what I have understood as well.

So what are your thoughts about them?
