I need to know for my daughter in Israel, if she and her fiancee also from Israel can get married in the States? They would like to get married here and have their honeymoon here, than return to Israel where they live. Does anybody know? I'll be very thankful.

Yes, even two non-citizens with visas can get married. Just bring your visa and passport to the county courthouse and register for a license.

I think this is probably correct as long as they intend to return to Israel to live. However, as someone who has just spent the last 6-9 months dealing with visa/marriage issues for my non-US citizen wife, you may want to really check a little deeper. During the process, I found this site invaluable for advice

Although it doesn't sound like your wife's fiancee intends to live in the U.S. at the present time, messing up something now could cause problems down the road if he does. The U.S. is pretty strict about these things. Although your question is not a visa question, the people on the VisaJourney know quite a bit about international marriages in general and can probably answer your question expertly. If your daughter and her husband ever decide to return to the U.S., keep this site bookmarked and it will save them tons of time and worry when dealing with the visa process.
