Wenham is senior professor of Old Testament at Cheltenham and Gloucester College of Higher Education in Cheltenham, England. He is a recognized expert on the Pentateuch and has written commentaries on Genesis, Leviticus and Numbers in addition to numerous studies in the Old Testament.

As far as being Reformed, check out this article on The Highway. I think you will enjoy it.

For the set:

Libronix sells the software for the whole set, which I highly recommend if you desire it in this format.

If you desire it in old faithful HB:

Trinity Book Service
CVBBS
CBD (who appears to be the cheapest right now for a NEW set)

EBay (the whole series and JUST the one book you are seeking)

You could also send an Books@BiblicalTheology.org to Phil Hodson and see if he has a copy. He does not have everything on his site.

Insure you check availability and shipping rates for the best price.
