yep You should most always vote for the person most qualified for the position.

As far as this tariff fiasco. Having lived in Canada for 15 years I am unequivocally qualified to speak on the issue. tongue I will always remember that I could not buy Wheaties cereal in Canada. I could not buy Hershey's Hot Fudge in Canada. I could not buy Peanut Butter Snickers in Canada, ad nauseam. Why? Because the Canadian government put a restriction on such items; they were not ALLOWED to be imported into Canada. The fact is, there are many items which Canada had/has imposed a 100% tariff on other items too which makes importing them cost prohibited. Magazines originating from the U.S. were not allowed to be sold in Canada unless 50%+ (that figure is from memory and might be more or less) of the advertising was for Canadian businesses. Try and buy and American made car in countries overseas. Some countries have imposed extravagant tariffs on them and some countries forbid the importation of America automobiles in that country. Reciprocal tariffs are simply FAIR business practice regardless who imposes them. Why not have any tariffs and 100% free trade? scratch1

Your chosen candidate appears to have a functioning brain in his head, at least on trade. BigThumbUp
