Eventually I believe that depending on the school, they may be fired for doing so [teach things like SOGI].
I am not going to tell a Christian teacher, that they believe a false Gospel. 1. Probably so if they are required to blend that crap into their respective curriculum. 2. I guess those that would accuse teachers who choose to stay and fight as believing a false gospel, then they would have to make the same moronic judgment upon Martin Luther, John Calvin and many other faithful Christians who over the centuries chose to stay and fight against the corruption and evil within their own circles.
