Maybe the bishop is William Wilberforce's son. I guess I need to google deeper. What was Wilberforce's theological bent? I saw there they call him an anglican evangelical. What did that mean in his day? Did he lean toward Methodism? So the likelihood that the two ever interacted together is nil.
