Instead of starting a new thread I thought I'd use this old one to ask a nagging question that's troubling our church.
Q: What does the Bible mean when it refers to wine as making the heart glad? How so?
A little wine, like all alcohol, makes one relax and thus allows one to think on the good things in life and forget to one degree or another the day's problems.
{This does not condone drunkenness, which should be a given.}

Hmmmm, how to explain this?
There have been several major upgrades to the forum software and in the process of doing so, some things were either not compatible or didn't get carried over. One of those items was the post count. I got 'robbed' (no pun intended) too.
