How many times have I said that I do not believe there is anything to all the talk that is saying that Trump wants to annex Canada?
It is just political posturing by the left, to make the Canadian population fear Trump is going to annex Canada. Unfortunately it is working and it looks like the Liberals will be getting back in power.

To be fair, that was one article I read from Newsweek. Perhaps, I misunderstood what they were saying?
If that is the case, it means they were quoting the narrative of the left. Perhaps I need to find the article and read it again?
I have tried to tell some people that Trump does not want to annex Canada. Usually the response I receive is that I a fooling myself. It is a waste of trying to convince them.

About your number 2, it was helpful and just confirms my suspicion's, about that issue.

Your mentioning hiring people with piercings, reminded me of the difference between about 10-15 years ago and now.

Back then, if someone was serving customers, things like face piercings and tongue piecing were grounds or firing. Now, at least in Canada. Now, anything goes and it is discriminatory to fire an employee for something like that. Lest they be reported and be sued.
