What do you all think about the following? National Right to Life Will to LiveI'm surprised by the suggestion under the Pregnancy part that procedures may be given that would result in the death of the unborn child (even though it says that every effort must be made to preserve both the life of the mother and the child). That does not seem very pro-life to me.
True godliness is a sincere feeling which loves God as Father as much as it fears and reverences Him as Lord, embraces His righteousness, and dreads offending Him worse than death~ Calvin

Marie, I have always heard from the pulpit that abortion is wrong (a sin) exept to save the life of the Mother. And that situation would be extremely, extremely, rare.
The reason given is the self-defense argument. It is somewhat akin to the Just War argument.
