Same here. You have made your views very clear and I assure you that I will continue to think about what you have said. Also, if you know of a "classical" treatment of this subject that you would recommend I would very much like to read it. It just takes me a long, long time to make up my mind about things like this because I'm very slow and need lots and lots of examples and illustrations and argument.
