Not saying this is true or not, however what I have been able to find out. The courts determined that what Sheriff Joe was doing was illegal. Yet Sheriff Joe, disregarded this and said he will continue to do the job as he always has. Which, at least on the surface anyway, sounds like he is putting himself above the law.
Can you comment on that?
