But when the Holy Spirit lives in us, he gives life to our mortal bodies (that is to say, our lives can be pure and holy before God). I hear people often say, "well, we all sin every day" as if we had no choice in the matter. Hogwash. There is no temptation that befalls us that God does not give us a way to escape from (1 Corinthians 10:13).
