Yes, the Church teaches some outside the visible Catholic Church may be saved, leaving such a personal judgment to God alone. This can only be applied to those in invincible ignorance, or in other words, through no fault of their own. Those who willfully remain outside the Church and are fully aware of the Church and the Church's teaching on this may be condemned for all eternity, and likely will be.
